With gyms closed and most people confined to their homes, I’m wondering…how are you Fit Bitters doing? Are you getting your steps in - and how? I’m doing a survey!

Is Fitbit really better than the knock-offs? Those with teens who are pulling lots of Netflix couch time wanna know!

BTW, the World Health Organization recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, or a combination of both. Worrying does not count. Just let it slide off you like - you guessed it - Teflon.
